As the Headteacher at Hobbs Hill Wood I opted to become a governor when I took up my post in 2001. My role as the headteacher and governor is to ensure that the Governing Body is fully supported to make a range of strategic decisions to ensure the very best outcomes for all pupils. By working closely together we can lead and develop the school through many exciting and challenging initiatives.
