Olympic Fortnight Opening Ceremony 2012

To kick off our Olympic Fortnight, Miss Woolman organised an massive opening ceremony. Due to the poor weather it actually turned into two opening ceremonies - one for Foundation and Key Stage 1, the other for Key Stage Two.

Each class adopted an Olympic country, made flags to match and dressed in their country's colours.

The ceremony itself was made up of speeches, processions, chants, dances and songs - and was absolutely spectacular!
